The lack of hot water is unacceptable!!! Closing doors create a disruptive atmosphere!!! Filthy common areas and malfunctioning fixtures left much to be desired!!! This place clearly needs serious refurbishment!!!

Man, this place was a disaster! Carpet was filthy, like ew. Found stains all over the walls and hairs in the bed. Couldn't even enjoy my stay. The bar area was okay, but honestly, everything else was just nasty. And don't even get me started on the bad smells throughout. Just skip this hotel!

Checked in for a night, but what a letdown! Our room was way different than booked—no one seemed to care. The beds were unmade, and we had to wait forever for fresh bedding. On top of that, noise from a party kept us up all night. The bar area was nice, though.

The stay was marked by a disgustingly foul odor throughout the establishment and poorly maintained facilities, including a wet room with tape around the toilet area and damaged emergency lighting. it was conveniently located just a short drive from the hospital, which was a priority for us. The free parking was a definite plus, but the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance made for an unpleasant experience.
